Join Haley and Lorry for a deeply transformative Conscious Connected Breathwork Session at SoLuna Frequency. In this heartfelt, intimate space, you will be supported in the discovery of your own breath as a resource for healing, insight, and a sense of coming home to self. This session will begin with an intention-setting meditation, followed by a 60-minute powerful, guided circular-breathing session. The session will be infused with sound, scent and gentle touch. After our session, we will gather in our circle of women to integrate the layers of each of our unique experiences. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed, loved, connected, and courageous!
