As the seasons turn, we gather in the balance of light and dark. Together, we'll flow through grounding yoga lead by Haley (Elevated Sol) and settle into a restorative sound bath guided by Lorry Green (SoLuna Frequency). This equinox evening invites harmony in change, gratitude for what has been harvested, and trust in the unfolding of what comes next.
